This option can be changed from the “Superuser” login via the “Application Properties” option from the Left Hand Navigation Bar.

Select “Application Properties”

You will see the options that can be amended. Please scroll down to the bottom of the options and Highlight “VATRatePercent” which will then show the change option box 

Select this box to change the VATRatePercent

Please change the “Value” to the correct VAT Rate, and Select “Save”

You Will Have to Log out and Back into TriSys to pick up the Change

Changing the Sales Invoice Template Trisys Version 7

To change the “Sales Invoice” template in Trisys to read 17.5% please follow the procedure below.

Select your Trisys drive (Normally Drive G:)

Change folders to “ActionsV7\Sales Invoice\General”

Right click on “Sales Invoice Template”

Select “Open With” and select “Notepad”

This will open the document for editing.

Within “Notepad”, Select “Edit”, “Find”

A box will appear as follows ….

At the “Find What” option type in 15% as follows….

Select “Find Next”

15% will now be highlighted as follows ….

Type in 17.5%.

Select “File”, “Save” and this will save your changes.

To check if everything went well, double click the “Sales Invoice Template” and this will display in a web page.
