This option can be changed from the “Superuser” login via the “Administration Console”.

Select “Tools”, “Administration Console”

From the “Administration Console” select “View”, “System Settings”

You will see the options that can be amended. Please scroll down to the bottom of the options and Highlight “VATRatePercent” which will then show the change option box 

Select this box to change the VATRatePercent

Please change the “Value” to the correct VAT Rate, and Select “Save”

You Will Have to Log out and Back into TriSys to pick up the Change
