To change the “Sales Invoice” template in Trisys to read the current interest rate, please follow the procedure below.

Select your Trisys drive (Normally Drive G:)

Change folders to “ActionsV7\Sales Invoice\General”

Right click on “Sales Invoice Template”

Select “Open With” and select “Notepad”

This will open the document for editing.

Within “Notepad”, Select “Edit”, “Find”

A box will appear as follows ….

At the “Find What” option type in the current interest rate (In this example 15% is used)

Select “Find Next”

15% will now be highlighted as follows ….

Type in the new interest rate, overwriting the old one.

Select “File”, “Save” and this will save your changes.

To check if everything went well, double click the “Sales Invoice Template” and this will display in a web page.
