Our Client based in Stevenage is a leader in their field and due to their continued success are now looking to take on a HR Advisor.
You will be providing support, coaching and training to the line managers in the recruitment and selection of employees, assist managers to carry out employee relation duties including individual grievances, disciplinary meetings and wage negotiations. Ensuring that the systems are in place to deal with employee's questions, complaints and concerns can be dealt with directly in a consistent manner. Track and administer the spend for the HR department budgets. Identify training requirements and resource training solutions.
You will need to be CIPD or Part CIPD Qualified for this role, with strong influencing skills, able to work under pressure and have excellent communication skills.
