CV Auto Recognition
Uploading CV's is a fast and simple process, with many key fields being automatically loaded into TriSys including address, telephone, email, job history, education history and general notes. For clients requiring a more advanced parsing solution, TriSys would recommend one of our specialist business partners.
Workflow
TriSys uses logical workflows to help consultants complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Each workflow takes the recruitment consultant through a series of logical and intuitive steps ensuring that key actions are automatically executed such as notes, tasks and diarised scheduled follow-ups.
Searching
Searching for candidates or companies is completely flexible, allowing you to quickly build target lists and refine searches when required. Once a list has been built, you can contact the target by SMS text, phone or e-mail.

Marketing
TriSys provides a comprehensive mail merge editor to easily merge any data from candidate or client records. These generated letters can be sent by bulk e-mail using the advanced search tools and customer feedback via click-through redirectors are automatically recorded for business intelligence.
